This can be caused by a couple different things. The Controller # C51180 have a loose connection in the vehicle's 7 Way plug. They can start to back out from said plug causing intermittent connection. If the controller can be pushed in and then pulled out a little after the 7 Way door comes down to hold the controller in place, a shim may be needed to keep the controller fully seated.

If your remote isn't working and the controls on the unit aren't responding either then you most likely need to replace the circuit board. For a # MA00-04000K you would need part # MA10A21276K. Your Lippert # LC298707 Electric Stabilizer Jack is also known as the "PSX1" jack. There are a few possible issues at hand and with a bit of testing we can probably narrow in on the malfunction. First I have attached a wiring schematic for this system. Note that there should be an inline fuse between the battery and the switch. Verify that the fuse is not blown using an electrical tester like the Performance Tools # PT89ZR.
